Executive Biographies

Brian Goot, Sales

Brian brings over twenty-five years of professional experience in the Contingent Workforce Staffing field. He also has a significant amount of executive sales and leadership experience in the Professional Staffing space. He is focused on achieving high client satisfaction, delivering quality work and exceeding corporate objectives.

Prior to joining RSQUARE, Brian held leadership positions with Axelon Services (Managing Director) CCR (Senior VP and Director) and DNR (Principle and VP Sales). He has also held responsibility for sales, account management and talent delivery responsibilities in several industries including Commercial Services, Public Services, Media, Telecom, Utilities, Pharma, Government/Defense and Financial Services. Brian brings a proven record of identifying key influences within current and new accounts while developing strategic sales to facilitate long-term business relationships.

Brian has a BS in engineering from DeVry University and has received certifications in UNIX, C and Shell programming in conjunction with his work as a Member of the Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Labs.

Carol Hsueh, Human Resources

Carol brings over fourteen years of experience in Human Resources including striving for consistency, structure, credibility and integrity.

Carol manages the overall Human Resources function at RSQUARE, including compensation, benefits, performance management, employee communication and work relations. She is the point of contact for all employee issues and works closely with executive management on addressing employee concerns, improving key Human Resources processes, developing Human Resources programs, and maintaining company culture. She also partners with the Legal Department to ensure RSQUARE’s compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. Having personally gone through the immigration process (F1, H1 and Green Card), she is able to relate to and give assistance to RSQUARE’s current F1, H1, and Green Card employees.

Carol holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Manhattanville College in NY, as well as Certification in Human Resources as a Senior Professional from Society for Human Resources Management.
